Hall Rental in East Brunswick  NJ - Robert Frey Hall

The East Brunswick Independent Fire Company has been a part of the community since 1938.  We pride ourselves in our service to the residents and business establishments of East Brunswick, not only through our emergency response services, but also by providing a rental hall at an affordable rate.  Robert Frey Hall is available for various types of events.

Amenities include:

  • 1500 square foot facility with an 80 person capacity.

  • 12 foot x 8 foot dance floor.

  • Portable bar station.

  • 13 – 60 inch round tables and 6 – 8 ft. x 3 ft. rectangular tables.

  • Full use of our kitchen which includes an ice machine, stove/oven, convection oven and a refrigerator - all commercial grade appliances.

Fees:

  • Four hours - $ 350.00

  • Six Hours - $ 400.00

  • Security Deposit - $ 100.00 (will hold the date - refundable)

Special rates are available for emergency services personnel.

In addition to personal and family events, Robert Frey Hall is also available for business meetings, conferences, or company parties.  Please email or call for business rates.

A certificate of insurance is required for all rentals.

Robert Frey Hall does not have a house caterer.  A list of local caterers is available upon request.  We provide a venue, including tables and chairs and use of our kitchen and restrooms.  We do not supply table cloths, coffee pots, place settings, or decorations.  Upon request, a list of vendors may be supplied.
